How it Works

  1. Customer searches desired product on the internet.
     
  2. Customer logs in to ClickBox.ph and downloads the Product Inquiry Form Click here to view Sample Product Inquiry form
     
  3. Fill out PRODUCT INQUIRY page and send.
     
  4. ClickBox will reply in 1-2 business days with a PURCHASE ORDER FORM (this form shows the item/s you intend to purchase including the shipping charge from ClickBox United States office to your doorstep). The PURCHASE ORDER FORM is intended as a quotation that will be valid for 1-3 business days. Click here to view Sample Purchase Order form
     
  5. Customer makes payment through ClickBox website or bank deposit. (if the payment was made through bank deposit, a copy of the deposit slip must be emailed to ClickBox).
     
  6. Upon confirmation of payment, ClickBox will purchase the product for you, have it delivered to ClickBox United State address, and then sea freight it to the Philippines.
     
  7. ClickBox will deliver your package to your doorstep.
     
Note: ClickBox will add an additional 5% service charge on the total checkout price when purchasing on the customer’s behalf.
