   Paypal and credit card payments are made through their encrypted website.Bank deposit will be made by you directly to our bank account.

2. Why is there a 5% ClickBox service charge?

   There I s a service charge only for purchases made by ClickBox for the customer and only based on the item/s ordered. Shipping charge is a flat rate based on size.

3. How long will it itake to receive my package here in the Philippines?

   Upon shipping through ClickBox forwarder it will take approximately 30-35 days to Metro Manila and 35-45 days outside Metro Manila.

4. Is my package insured?

   Each box Is insured up to $100.00. You can purchase more from our forwarder at $5.00 per every $100 up to $500. (write we are responsible if with Elmer and Dwight)

5. What if my package is damaged?

   ClickBox will ensure that your package was received in good condition and given to the forwarder as such. If package is damaged when received we will inform you so we can remedy the problem with the retailer.
